TENDER NOTICE

TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ERP SYSTEM FOR RUJWASCO.

RUJWASCO is a corporate entity incorporated under the Companies Act (Chapter 486, Laws of Kenya) wholly owned by the County Government of Kiambu. Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Act 2016, the Company is an agent of County Government of Kiambu and is mandated to provide water and sanitation services for Ruiru & Juja Sub-counties.

RUJWASCO invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Customization, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of an ERP System.

A completed Request For Proposal (RFP) Technical Proposal document in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “original” and “copy” properly bound) and a completed Request For Proposal (RFP) Financial Proposal document in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “original” and “copy” properly bound) shall be placed in an outer envelope, sealed and clearly marked,
