INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) BY CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA

1. The Central Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for a Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a Governance, Risk, Compliance Management System And Support Services for Central Bank Of Kenya.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open national tender using a standardized tender document. tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 09: 00AM to4:00PM at the address: The Deputy Director, General Services Department, Tel: +254 20 2861000/2860000, 5th Floor, Central Bank of Kenya, Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi, Email: supplies@centralbank.go.ke.

4. A complete set of tender document containing detailed information may be downloaded from the Cental Bank of Kenya Website. www.centralbank.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download the tender document are advised to forward their particulars immediately using the Email: supplies@centralbank.go.ke. to facilitate registration and any further clarification or addendum.

5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27th January 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in online mode on the Microsoft Teams platform or equivalent. Bidder’s representatives attending the online pre-bid meeting need to register using the email: supplies@centralbank.go.

6. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings or United States dollars and shall remain valid for 210 days from the closing date of the tender

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by an original Tender Security of Kes. 50,000.00, valid for 240 days from the date of tender opening.

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

9. Completed tenders, in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name & reference number, must be delivered to the address below on or before 9 th February 2023 at 10.30 A.M at 10.30 a.m. (East African Time) and be deposited in the Green Tender box No.3 located at the Main entrance to Central Bank of Kenya, Head Quarters. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later in the GSD Conference room on 5 th floor. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend. Bidders representatives and other persons who choose to attend the tender opening session will be required to have identification documents (National ID/Passport).
