Name of Assignment: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN INTEGRATED COUNTY REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Dear Messrs.

1. The Narok County Government has set aside funds in its budget toward the cost of the subject consulting services.

2. NAROK COUNTY now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (herein after called SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN INTEGRATED COUNTY REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been addressed to the following Consulting Firms: i) eligible bidders/ consulting firms

4. is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, starting with the name of the lead member. Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall be named. The maximum number of JV members shall be specified in the DS.

5. It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.

6. The tender is reserved for youth, women and persons with disability therefore bidders shall be required to complete and sign the Tender Securing Declaration Form set out in Fourth Schedule to these Regulations. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before; Tender Closing Date: 19th September, 2022 Time: 1100hrs (East African Time)

7. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost based Selection Method and, in a format, as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following website: www.ppra.go.ke.

8. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the website www.narok.go.ke or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically from the two (2) websites will be FREE OF CHARGE. Tenderers downloading documents from the two (2) websites, i.e. www.Narok County.go.ke or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke shall immediately advise the NAROK COUNTY that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (name of tenderer, email, telephone number and postal address) through submission of their details to the email addresses email: procurement@narok.go.ke

9. The tenderers details are necessary to facilitate any clarifications or addenda that may be issued Please inform us by writing at the address below or by E-mail procurement@narok.go.ke

a) That you have received this Request for Proposals; and

b) Whether you intend to submit a proposal alone or intend to enhance your experience by requesting permission to associate with other firm(s) (if permissible under Section 2, Instructions to Consultants (ITC), Data Sheet14.1.1).

10. Details on the proposal's submission date, time and address are provided in the ITC 17.7and ITC 17.9 of the Data Sheet.
