INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

Procuring Entity: Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital - USAID DUMISHA AFYA (BUNGOMA)- of P.O Box 3-30100 Eldoret.

TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR PANEL SYSTEMS IN 15 (FIFTEEN) SITES/ HEALTH FACILITIES IN BUNGOMA COUNTY

1. MTRH- USAID Dumisha Afya invites sealed bids/ sealed tenders for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR PANEL SYSTEMS IN 15 (FIFTEEN) SITES/ HEALTH FACILITIES IN BUNGOMA COUNTY

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.mtrh.go.ke and / or government tender dedicated portal www.tenders.go.ke  free of charge.

5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@usaiddumishaafya.or.ke to facilitate effective communication/clarification or addendum.

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES. 50,000.00 in form of a bankers’ cheque, bank or insurance guarantee from registered financial institutions by Central Bank of Kenya or Insurance companies approved by PPRA and registered by IRA valid for a period of 150 days from the dateof tender opening. Failure to attach the Tender Security will lead to automatic rejection of the tender.

7. Tenderers are required to provide a catalogue and a data sheet of the product they are quoting for.

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including attachments.

9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th January, 2022 AT 10:30AM.

10.Hard copies of the document shall be deposited in the Tender Box A located at the ground floor, Chandaria Cancer Centre. Bulky tenders shall be received at the Supply Chain Department, AMPATH Centre, Room 17 8
