Suppliers for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services (2023-2025)
MSF EA invites sealed bids from interested firms to register as suppliers for the provision of various goods, works and services for the period 2023 – 2025 under the following categories:

CATEGORY A: SUPPLY OF GOODS
• A1 - Supply, delivery and maintenance of office furniture, fittings and Office Equipment
• A2 - Supply and delivery of General Computer Consumables, ICT Equipment and Accessories.
• A3 - Supply and Delivery of Stationery and Assorted Office Items
• A4 - Supply and Delivery of Assorted Kitchen Equipment
• A5 - Supply and Delivery of Electronics and Accessories
• A6 - Supply and Delivery of Training Materials

CATEGORY B: PROVISION OF SERVICES
• B1 - Provision of Repairing services for ICT Equipment
• B2 - Provision of Printing services
• B3 - Provision and Installation of security systems and Accessories
• B4 - Provision of Repairing services for Office, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment
• B5 - Provision of Branding services
• B6 - Repair and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipment
• B7 - Provision of courier and parcel delivery services

CATEGORY C: PROVISION OF WORKS
• C1 - Provision of various small works including Repair and maintenance of building carpentry, masonry, Electrical and plumbing services (NCA Registered Firms only)
• C2 - Provision of Networking and cabling works
