JOB DETAILS:
General Job Overview.
We are looking for a high-performing individual who shall supervise aircraft refueling services at the Depot

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Aviation depot in conformity with Company's HSSEQ procedures, . Plan and maintain depot plant, storage equipment and pipe installations in functional state
at all times.
• Responsible for the product reception and control of Aviation fuel at the depot both in terms
of quantity and quality.
• Responsible for the refueling of clients aircrafts as per the standards set IG operationnel Manual endorsed by (IATA)
• Prepare and manage product forecasts, ordering and the follow of stocks and prepare
analysis of variances
• Liaise with the Operations Manager in meeting client needs
• Manage and control all payments handling for all spot sales in accordance with company Procedures
• Liaise with Operations Manager in determining minimum security stocks
• Coordinate all aviation inspections and manage results thereof

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Must be prepared to work beyond working hours and must be available anytime on call .
•Must exhibit high honesty in the performance of his functions. .
•Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and client staff

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines. .
•Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems .
•Must be flexible to work in any part of Kenya
