JOB DETAILS:
Strategic Partnership Officer, Technical Assistance Accelerator Prelude (TAAP)

Primary Functions & Responsibilities: Stakeholder Facilitation and Communications
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels – from program Country teams in Kenya, Nigeria, India and Bangladesh, to corporate representatives in multiple geographies.
• Lead outreach efforts with Strategic Fortification Partners (SFPs) and coordinate amongst country PMs to track progress on planning tasks related to meetings, trainings and other convenings.
• Coordinate regular check ins with SFPs and track action items as needed.
• Support stakeholders in accessing key information, facilitating collaboration and ensure efforts are aligned with high – level strategic advocacy and engagement priorities.
• Support the development of reports resulting from the range of advocacy and engagement initiatives, working closely with relevant SFPs and regional program hubs Project Management:
• Work with TAAP web developers to compile required content and monitor overall progress related to the build of digital platforms.
• Provide support with content development for emerging cross-sectoral initiatives (with government bodies and program partners in East Africa, for example). This will be accomplished by contributing to concept notes, drafting implementation plans, and conducting market research.

Data Management and Analysis:
• Oversee and manage multiple program tracking databases and conduct routine quality assurance checks.
• Train country office teams in the skills they need to adopt new and current knowledge systems.
• Run ad-hoc analyses (e.g. multi-level pivot tables), and produce graphics and reports.
• Build out additional databases and visualization functionalities on a Smartsheet-based system, as needed.

DELIVERABLES
The Consultant will coordinate amongst members of both an internal and external (implementation partners) team to ensure that the following outputs are achieved: Stakeholder Facilitation and Communications
• Coordinate and maintain regular update check-ins and schedule with SFPs to pursue bi-lateral initiatives and deliver technical assistance.
• Create and manage collaborative platforms for the co-creation of event materials.
• Establish and manage effective communication channels (Newsletters, Engagement Database, etc.) TAA and SFP management tool
• Data combing and inputting to produce timely and comprehensive reports
• Creating a comprehensive manual and onboarding country teams on the use of tracking tools
• Regularly update calendar of events, ensuring that all collateral is accessible to relevant stakeholdersEstablishing TAAP Digital Platforms: Knowledge Hub
• Standardized menu of TA service offerings
• Tracking and commitment mechanism

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English, knowledge of another language is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, international development or another relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management and communications or other relevant role
• Excellent verbal, intercultural and interpersonal communication skills
• Clear, concise writing skills
• Entrepreneurial work ethic and ability to execute day-to-day tasks and work independently
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through effectively by engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones and languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Software Fluency Required: 1. Microsoft Office (With advanced knowledge of Excel) 2. Google Suite
• Software Experience Preferred: 1. Salesforce 2. Smartsheets 3. Google Analytics 4. Wordpress 5. HTML
