JOB DETAILS:
• We are looking for a Strategic Analytics Manager for our ride-hailing who will help us ensure availability and adoption of strategic analytics critical for tactical and long-term decision making. You will lead the analytics for competitive intelligence topics, market potential estimations, research on how our markets are expected to be affected by external major disruptions such as increasing inflation, unemployment rate deviations and competitive impact. You will be the visionary leader who explore opportunities that other people haven’t tapped into yet - and find ways to make your vision happen. Example projects include building a playbook for value proposition at different market stages, scaling drivers P&L modelling for markets long-term unit economics evaluation, market share trends reporting & analysis etc.

Your daily adventures will include:
• Lead the strategy and tactics how to grow our mature markets by 3-5x and take the competitive leadership position in the non-leader markets
• Drive strategic alignments across the organization involving numerous stakeholders to explore, maximize and enable our growth opportunities in both existing and new markets.
• Overlook and set expectations to the development and standardization of competitive intelligence tooling, with ensuring the global implementation and adoption of tools by tens of country teams for proper market surveillance and decision making on a whole organization level
• Provide decision analysis. Tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems. Translate analysis into meaningful business insights. Build potential options and actionable recommendations around those insights.
• Lead and empower a team of talented analysts and domain leads to unlock the maximum value in the strategic analytics field

We are looking for:
• “Get things done” attitude, bias for output and high prioritization skills
• Proven track record for designing creative and out-of-box business solutions
• At least 2 years of experience in strategical role preferably working with C-suite and minimum 5 years of experience in analytics impacting wide scale of business decisions
• Experience with managing a high-performing team
• Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end and visually clean financial/operational models
• Excellent market research skills and a good understanding of macroeconomic variables and trends
• Experience in a fast-growth digital company is a strong plus
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Fluent in English
