JOB DETAILS:
Software Engineer .Net

Reporting to the Chief Operating Operations the role holder will be as an advisor to the COO on strategic initiatives, performance improvement of the organization, and assisting the COO in achieving business results.

Key responsibilities:
• Provides ongoing support to the COO on general business development issues, informing the Chief of system-wide matters needing attention to enable the Chief to focus on more strategic challenges and better optimize use of time.
• Responsible for leading & coordinating all operational tasks within the COO’s office and ensures the efficient running of the COO's office.
• Coordinates, manage and maintains effective working relationships with THE Jitu clients ensuring that their goals are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures that the client expectations are always met and exceeded.
• Communicates and coordinates internal and external information from the COO’s office to the Staff Aug and other partners.
• Work with clients to provide feedback to Staff Aug team for updated content and work plans.
• Manage deadlines and delegate tasks to subordinates.
• They could be tasked to analyze and monitor business growth and decline.
• They formulate short-term and long-term goals, as well as formulate plans to achieve both.
• Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances; work closely with management team to write agreements with new business partners.
• Review and advice the COO on overall company cost management initiatives.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to deliver their full potential to our clients.

Key competencies/skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Requires strong experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery in a technology space.
• Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization • Proven experience in change management.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree, MBA would be an added advantage.
• Have 3 years work experience in the ICT space.
