JOB DETAILS:

Synergetic Development Investment Holdings Ltd (SDIHL) is a group of companies seeking to lead the Energy & Infrastructure transformation in Sub-Saharan Africa through integrated and innovative engineering project solutions.
Our IT Department is looking to fill the role of a Software Developer to assist in organizational technology acceleration through development and maintenance of various software applications and systems.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or any other related field.
• Software Developer certifications.
• At least 3 years' experience in front end & back end software development with proven demonstration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft BI Stack & familiarity with GCP & AWSplatforms.
• Proficiency with SharePointdevelopment & Microsoft Power applications.
• Excellent technical, numerical & problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to details.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with business requirements and enterprise architecture to develop software applications; provide engineering support throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Perform code-reviews and code-work through quality assurance of code.
• Debug and maintain existing software implements and liaise with 3rd party software providers as 2nd level support on software issues.
• Develop documentation and protocols for software solution development and implementation.
• Assess software performance and vulnerability.
• Administer and enrich software solutions with addins, integrated modules and complementary applications.
• Collaborate with user departments in defining user needs and conceptualization in order to develop user friendly software.
• Develop and plan phases of the software development life cycle for various projects.
• Research on emerging application development software products, languages and standards.
• Ensure all software meets all requirements of maintainability, security, scalability, extensibility, etc.
