We carefully tailor a wide range of analytical and quantitative tools to enable our clients to design better policies, rigorously test those ideas, and take informed action at scale to improve lives.
Our services include experimental evaluation methodologies – including, but not limited to; randomized controlled trials – tailored to the priorities of thedevelopment decision-makers; monitoring and evaluation ofperformance management systems to facilitate continuous data-driven improvement; policy design consulting and scale-up support. Our focus areas include impact evaluation, performance evaluations, provision of third-party monitoring and evaluation to our clients, and strategy development and capacity building. Our thematic area of focus include health (HIV, SRHR, MNCH, Nutrition, etc.), food security and livelihood, agriculture, social protection, education, democracy and governance, WASH, natural resource management, advocacy and accountability.

Job Qualifications:
• Masters degree or higher, in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in Africa and Asia
• Experience in social science research, including mixed methods in research
• Experience working for International Non-Governmental Organizations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent report writing and editing skills.
• Fluent in English/French/Portuguese. (spoken and written)
