JOB DETAILS:
Social Media Manager

The duties and responsibilities of the Social Media Manager include:
• Assist the growth of the organization’s brand by raising awareness through designing and executing social media campaigns that align with the overall organization’s goals.
• Ensure the brand message and organization’s culture are constant and well captured, from the terminology to the images used. Ensuring uniformity in the brand’s tone and content across all platforms.
• Actively manage the company’s social media accounts by creating and implementing weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and combine creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create original content that reflects the organization’s culture and speaks to the social media audience.
• Measure SEO, tracking user engagement and performance on different social media platforms and identifying high-performing ideas and campaigns. Creating and maintaining social media performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Interact with social media followers by responding to comments and answering questions on different social media platforms. Conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand’s reach.
• Gather information, develop, and send out the organization’s monthly newsletter.
• Design client-facing assets (i.e., product overviews, new feature announcements, marketing emails, etc.) for Shamiri Health customers.
• Assist Shamiri Health leadership to design and implement app engagement strategy (i.e., push notification, SMS, and email engagement).
