JOB DETAILS:
Social Media Associate

Responsibilities:
• Daily posting on our social media of engaging content (stories, timeline etc)
• Produce materials of visual impact within the brand guidelines, including social media posts, and blog to increase our online presence. This includes engaging and building partnerships with social media influencers and other beneficial partnerships
• Communicate with our Technical support and Marketing team to tailor campaigns on Google Ads
• Review Google Analytics for optimal results, to be presented to the management and customer service team
• Carry out SEO and maintaining the website as needed
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness competition, and measure the success of recent campaigns
• Collaborate with key stakeholders during campaigns and liaise with media and publishers as necessary to drive forward NBC’s communication agenda
• Define business growth and KPIs, and follow up on their implementation
• Be present for any scheduled team calls and events
• General upkeep of our databases for smooth running and organization

Minimum Qualification:
• Minimum of 4 year work experience required
• Must have strong graphic design and social media skills
• Must have excellent photography and videography skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent command of English.
