Updated excel file with national and sub-national data and analysis against criteria and with various weighting scenarios Ppt with summary analysis & recommendations
Additional deliverables to be agreed
Estimated Level of Effort and Timing: We estimate that the data collection, analysis, and synthesis will take 5-10 days over the course of 2-3 weeks. This is a quick project with the possibility for additional follow-on work to come from this initial piece of work.

Experience and Qualifications
• BA required; preferred: MPH, MPA, MBA, or other relevant educational experience
• Excellent analytical skills including very strong proficiency with MS Excel
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic recommendations. Experience in strategy consulting or related work is helpful.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be highly organized, use judgment, be resourceful and meet deadlines
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and skills
• Fluency in reading and writing in English required. French is a big plus.
