JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee that the production processes are as per within the allocated shift
• Discuss arising issues with laborers with the contractor for prompt action to be taken
• Verify and confirm that loading is done correctly as per the indents and approve gate pass for dispatch ensuring that correct details are captured
• Share daily reports on dispatch, production and raw materials offloading for review by the Manager
• Any other duty assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Competencies:
• Educational Background: Diploma / Degree in any related field of study
• Minimum experience: 3-5 years in the milling industry
• Good reporting and organization skills
• Supervisory and leadership skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility: Will sometimes be required to work nightshift

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
