JOB DETAILS:
Service Program Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a Service Program Manager who will join our After Sales team. They will be responsible for growing our Service network to accommodate our rapidly growing fleet of bodabodas, in an effective and efficient way. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience working in a strategic and operational position.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
• This will involve planning our new location rollout, ensuring all necessary agreements and permits are in place, along with tooling, staffing, and spare parts supply.
• Be involved in hiring, training and guiding system development
• Work closely with the supply chain teams
• Ensuring service quality and organize other service related functions

Qualifications
• Must have a relevant bachelor's degree
• Must have experience in strategy and operations at a growth stage company
• Must have experience training a new team with scalable processes
• Must have prior responsibilities for entire projects from ideation to implementation
• Must have prior experience with customer experience or automotive repair a plus
