JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Supervise project schedules
• Implement project plans as per approved budget, deadline and project specifications.
• Manage the fabrication and erection department
• Head production planning meetings
• Coordinate resources in fabrication and erection departments.
• Provide Planning and guidance in in fabrication and erection departments.
• Liaise between fabrication and erection departments.
• Guide and monitor fabrication department on a daily basis.
• Guide and monitor erection department on a daily basis.
• Expand relationships with clients
• Responsible for efficient and economic delivery of a team of engineers and technicians within projects
• Motivate other members of the team and wider community

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering
• 8 - 15 Years’ experience in steel fabrication and erection of structural work
• Detailed knowledge of materials and structural engineering drawings used in fabrication and erection works.
• Must have good understanding of fabrication drawings
• Must have good knowledge of erection and steelwork
• Strong customer focus.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Specification and report writing skills.
• Business Acumen
