Academic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Development,Industrial Relations, Business Administration (Human Resource Option) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;

OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
• Completed Certified Human Resource Professionals Part II (CHRP II)
• Registered as a professional full member with Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
• Certificate in computer application skills

Previous relevant work experience required.
• Served in the grade of Human Resource Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years or six (6) years in a comparable and relevant position in the Public or Private Sector


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
