JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
Proficiency in communicating to external teams at a business requirement level as well as to technical experts external to the business.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa. Ability to clearly articulate project objectives, in both technical terms (data science workflow) as well as non-technical terms (project management communication) to enable clear and efficient communication within the organization.

Job Specifications
Minimum qualification
• Honor's or Masters' Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum Work Experience:
• Demonstrated proficiency (6-8 years' experience) in several of the following:
• Python or R programming
• Probability & Statistics (Descriptive and Inferential Statistics, Bayesian Methods, Hypothesis Testing, Time Series)
• Databases (Relational, NoSQL, Graph Databases, etc.)
• Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Neural Networks)
• Natural Language Processing and Text Analytics
• Graph/Network Analytics
• Big Data (Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, etc.)
• Data Visualization (Tableau, Qlikview, Grafana, etc.)

Minimum requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Background in a quantitative discipline with focus on at least any one of the following fields: data analytics, machine learning, big data analytics, or computer science.
• Proven track record in the management and guidance of junior data science resources
• Extensive experience with Bash, GIT and Python IDEs.
• Programming experience in one or more object-oriented languages, including: R, Python, C++, SQL.
• Experience in programming or scripting to enable ETL development.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL or Postgres.
