JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks
• Ensuring proper administration and application of corporate strategy services in the Centre.
• Organizing, arranging, and conducting research, analysis and implementation of the corporate strategies and actions plans.
• Collating and comparison of emerging trends in Alternative dispute Resolutions.
• Design and innovation of new business approaches, concept papers and project proposals.
• Drafting of relevant guidelines, memoranda of understanding and collaborativagreements for the Centers external stakeholder.
• Supervision, guidance, and development of staff under the officer.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in either Law, Arbitration, Economics, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Certificate in a senior management course from a recognized institution.
• Certificate in computer application skills.
• Proven knowledge and work experience in research, project development and administration.
• Be a member of recognized professional body in good standing.
• Met all the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
Previous Relevant Experience
• Served in the grade of Corporate Strategy Officer for a period of three (3) years, with a minimum period of three (3) years.
or
• Have relevant working experience of at least five (5) years with minimum of three (3) years in senior management position in public or private organization.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
