JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

• Using analytics tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive repayment performance.
• Preparing reports and visualization for the Exco and other relevant stakeholders stating trends, patterns, predictions, and insights using relevant data.
• Preparing and maintaining dashboards for the stakeholders enabling them to take important decisions based on various trends and facts.
• Coming up with recommendations on process improvements based on insights derived from data analysis

KPIs
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
• Experience with modern data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and ability to create convincing data narratives through visual reports and dashboard
• Excellent knowledge of SQL. Experience with Python is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Autonomy, capacity to achieve results with little supervision
• Ability for critical thinking and creativity
• Fluency in English
• Experience dealing with credit/AR is a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of proven working experience in data analysis Analytical Mindset - to accurately report customers’ loan repayment trends, and leverage data analysis to increase performance.
• Has at least 3 years’ proven experience in people management.
• Strong communication capability working alongside internal and external stakeholders,
• Action oriented, self-driven, seeking to grow in their career and impact,
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality,
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills,
• Passion for social enterprise, development of people and environmental benefits
