Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to conduct research on key markets in Africa in the
oil & gas, mining, power, and infrastructure industry. This is a research oriented, creative position that requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. The client is looking for a passionate analyst to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
The Business Analyst is principally responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and
making recommendations based upon the research findings. To accomplish this task, the analyst works with the client (either internal or external) to understand, define and document the overarching business object.

Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst & Researcher Job

•  Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance-related field.
  
•  3+ years experience working within an Analyst role.
  
•  3+ years of customer interfacing experience – project oversight, customer presentation.
  
•  The ability to interpret large amounts of data.
  
•  Meticulous, inquisitive and willing to take initiative.
  
•  Excellent communication skills.
  
•  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
