VIYA HEALTH Enterprises is a consumer centric and consumer powered social business enterprise delivering High Quality and Affordable Healthcare in the area of sexual and reproductive health.
It was incorporated in 2021 and aims to propose a range of products, services and digital solutions for men and women in Kenya.
VIYA HEALTH Enterprises Kenya is part of a global network of social businesses managed by Population Services International in more than 20 countries.

Objective
VIYA is looking to outsource the the following services HR, Legal, IT, Tax Audit & Accounting Services, Provision of office space for the Enterprise outfit.

Scope of Work
The identified firm will work closely with VIYA to provide the following services
1. Human Resource services
2. Legal services
3. IT support
4. Tax Audit
5. Accounting Services

Deliverables
Human Resource services – support with the implementation of HR services as guided by GOK laws.
Legal services – ensure office governance is compliant as per the GOK laws.
Operational Management – ensure smooth operation of the office not limited to administration, finance, accounting, IT support and logistics.

Timeline
The assignment is expected to run from July 1st 2022 to June 30th 2023.

Proposal
Bidders are asked to provide:
• A Technical proposal detailing how the services will be offered
• A Financial proposal with a detailed breakdown of costs.
• An Agency profile which includes:
o Details of the firm
o Team profile (years of experience, technical expertise, previous work) that will be assigned to this contract, including their proposed level of effort and daily rate. Full CVs of the proposed team should be submitted as annexes
o Two client references who can be contacted regarding relevant experience
o Key clients
o Statutory documents (PIN, VAT, Registration Documents)

Bidders should submit a Technical proposal, a Financial proposal and an Agency profile as one PDF attachment clearly marked“VIYA Outsourcing Services” and emailed to: procurement@viya.health

Submission timeline:
• Closing date for submission of complete applications is 4th July 2022 at 5:00 PM East Africa Time.

• All clarification questions to be received by COB Thursday 23rd June.
VIYA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
