JOB DETAILS:

Our client is a leading well established boys school in Nairobi offering both Primary and Secondary school programs of KCPE, KCSE, IGCSE and IBDP certification. They wish to recruit a top performing school principal.

REPORTING AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

•  He will be reporting directly to the school’s Board of Management with the overall objective of developing and implementing curriculum activities, policies, programs and budgets that promote educational development of each student and professional development of each staff member.
  
•  He will manage the resources of the institution in a prudent manner with the aim of promoting and developing the institution to its maximum capacity.
  
•  He will be tasked with the maintenance of the tradition and culture of the institution.
• He will be tasked with the implementation of Board directives at the most cost effective methods while recommending the most tangible ways and means of growing the institution,
  
•  The Board may widen or narrow the scope of duties and responsibilities at its discretion.

PERSON PROFILE

•  The successful candidate must possess a degree in Education and for Business Administration with inclination towards management.
  
•  He must have served in a similar institution or in a similar position for at least THREE years.
  
•  He must be a person of integrity, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possessing good leadership skills.
