Salesperson - Service Equipment Business
A Salesperson – Service Equipment Business focusses on creating customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands selling at its core. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result driven and has a strong commercial acumen.

What you will do?
• Demonstrate customer centric attributes and proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility;
• Overall accountability for developing KONE’s position in the customer base or market area creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team through cross selling;
• Be proactive and generates opportunities from existing customer base;
• Collaborate with maintenance team and operatives for contract leads;
• Be accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets;
• Manage the pricing structure using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority;
• Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome;
• Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, keeping sales funnel data up-to-date;
• Report in a timely and accurate manner into SAP & CRM system;
• Be curious and gathering relevant information about market and competitors.
Are you the one?
• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales within the engineering industry;
• Experienced in construction, Building Materials & HVAC industry with elevator industry being an advantage;
• Sound understanding the economy with strong business acumen;
• Demonstrate a level of digital skills competency;
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns;
• Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
• Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus;
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
