Sales and Marketing Representative
• Salary Range KSh 50,000 - KSh 100,000
Our client in the Chemicals Industry is seeking to employ a Sales & Marketing Representative.

Responsibilities
1. Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
2. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
3. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
4. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
5. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
6. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
7. Meet and/or exceed quotas.
8. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Qualifications
1. Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 2 years of sales experience
3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
4. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Highly self-motivated
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
