Job details:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales associate to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate and have direct impact on our sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in developing marketing strategies for one of our iconic developments and sourcing for prospective clients
• Taking the clients through the product until the execution of the sale
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and market trends
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Building market position of the development by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships with clients
• Responsible for being a brand ambassador for the development involved and acting professional at all times
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
• Strong analytical skills using multiple data sources
• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
• Creativity, innovation, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting
• Data Analytics, Social studies or anthropological /psychology background a plus (optional)
• Ability to play a key role and influence across levels and functions
