A day in the life of a Sales Trainee means:
• Seeking and gathering data on SACCOs across Kenya
• Giving potential customers a demo of our core banking platform
• Creating market insights to help map out SACCOs in Kenya
• Using and updating the company CRM
• Taking ownership of SACCOs deals from introduction to signing
• Improving the Sales department with your insights and experience
Requirements

• You are driven to use your sales experience in a fintech startup
• You are eager to learn independently and with others
• You are autonomous in problem-solving and taking initiative
• You deeply care about targets and numbers
• You communicate excellently with all stakeholders, internal and external
