Overview
Responsibilities
• Complete all Functional & Operational Training Modules of the company
• Complete Training of all the Sales Functions , Internal & External
• Complete Product Training across the Categories.
• Functional Training – Production, Service
• Understanding Product Pricing & Quotations
• Visiting Prospective customers with the Trade Sales Team / Mentor.
• Living through the Entire Sales Cycles.
• Preparing and Presenting SALES PROJECTS to Management, based on Filed Research.
• Managing independent Sales Assignment for 2-3 Months under the supervision of a Supervisor / Mentor
• Taking individual Target linked Sales Assignments after successful Completion ( 90 Days) of
• Induction & Training Programme

Qualifications
• Desire and Énergy to Sell & Looking for a Hardcore Sales Assignment
• Technical Knowledge
• Effective Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Team Player.
• Desire for Growth.
• Handle pressure in Work.
• Engineering or Management Graduate
