Job Summary
We have branch offices in Nairobi CBD, Ngong Road, Kikuyu, Embakasi, Rongai, Kitengela, Machakos, Kajiado, Ruiru, Thika, Nyeri and Mombasa
To support the growth of our business to recruit Sales Team Leaders (supervisors). Please indicate your preferred duty stations from among our branch location .

Responsibilities
• Lead a sales team of between 5-7 individuals
• Sell Bidii Credit products (loans, insurance, inputs on credit)
• Deliver branch/ team commercial targets - recruitment, sales and loan book quality
• Provide strategic leadership to win in assigned markets
• Coordination of team marketing campaigns and
• Training and supervising team members on sales best practices
• Customer retention to maximize lifetime value

Job Skills: Not Specified

The ideal candidate should: –
• Possess a business degree or diploma
• Have 3-5 years’ experience in sales preferable in microfinance, banking or insurance
• Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• A high octane go-getter able to deliver through a team
• Must demonstrate leadership qualities
