JOB DETAILS:
What you’ll do We are significantly expanding our B2C operations to the major towns in Kenya: Nakuru, Nyeri, Kisumu, Kakamega, Mombasa, Eldoret and Machakos. We’re looking to have Team Leaders in these regions who will manage the team of Moko Brand Ambassadors on ground. They’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, setting targets, and motivating the team to achieve them, Finally, you’ll be excited to implement different strategies that will contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team. The role in brief
Managing the day-to-day activities of the Moko Brand Ambassadors team
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve sales targets
•Delegating tasks to team members
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Conducting quarterly performance reviews on the team
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

Are you our dream candidate?
You have at least 2 years experience in a sales team leader role that involved managing a commission-based team
You possess excellent sales and marketing management skills
You possess good negotiating skills
You have great leadership and people management skills with proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
You have great multi-tasking skills and can manage multiple parallel initiatives alongside daily operational activities
You are computer literate and are proficient in Microsoft office & google sheets
You possess a degree/ diploma in a business-related field

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
