JOB DETAILS:
We are currently looking for Junior Team Leaders to help us recruit, mobilize, organize, supervise and monitor product sales agents across the country and Beyond.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Help with the recruitment of sales and marketing agents responsible for getting clients.
Monitor your sales and marketing team to produce tangible results in terms of getting clients.
Report to the Senior Team Leader.

• We pay well for the position
• Being an online Business (eCommerce), we might test how well you can work online and deliver as expected
• This is a remote job, you will be helping us get clients who sell products. If you are not good working remotely then don't apply otherwise we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership.

Does this Sound Like You?
• Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication, both writing and speaking.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• High energy, strong work ethic, endlessly curious and ambitious.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
• Working smartphone and a laptop(compulsory).
• Proficient in English and Kiswahili.
• You have managerial skills (You can manage 55 people, sales and marketing agents)
• You're keen in following instructions.
• Personal ambition.
• You can multi-task.

Remember this job requires a lot of follow up and hard work, you will be in charge of 55 people whom you will recruit yourself, take them through an interview and manage them yourself. Remember your work is managerial and you need to be committed. We shall pay them for you hence you don't have to use your own money. They will be responsible for getting clients to register with businessclaud.
