Sales Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet established sales targets, goals, and quotas through the assigned Sales Associates.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales area.
• Maintain contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Undertake careful data entry into our CRM.
• Mapping and data collection to enable validation of a specific market territory.
• Execute sales support processes to expedite the conversion of sales by ensuring these forms are issued and fully filled. (FLR, GR forms, lease agreement)
• Ensure 100% vetting of customers within the assigned territory to ensure collections of monthly service fee payments are improved.
• Report any operational issues within their assigned sales area.
Qualifications
Key Result Areas
• Meet actual sales against target every month.
• Meet the expected new leads every month
• Ensure that 80% of the new leads generated are moved along the pipeline.
• Ensure 100% FLRs are conducted accurately
• Ensure 100% Franchise agreements are filled on time.
Requirement
• A degree and/or diploma in sales with fluency in English and Kiswahili
• Current or past residency in informal settlement with a proven track record in sales success
• Should have worked with the Sales team for at least 1 year.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and build relationships
• Determined to succeed, outgoing and proactive
• Planning and Organizational skills

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
