Job Description:
• Our Client is looking for a Female Sales Supervisor who can lead a team of sales representatives, by producing the relevant training so that their employees are able to sell to their target audience. The role is dependent on the type of product you are selling and the type of customer you are selling to. As a Sales Supervisor, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of the company’s products (Garments, fabrics, Textiles and home/office décor) and maximize sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and the training of sales staff
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Analyzing and managing sales figures
• Setting sales targets
• Collecting market research and customer feedback an identifying problems/patterns
• Reporting back to senior managers
• Dealing with major customer accounts yourself
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• In some jobs you may also be involved with marketing
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales & marketing / BA
• Must have a strong, outgoing and vibrant personality
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Be able to coach and mentor a team
• Be able to motivate and lead a team to stay calm
• Have self-confidence and an interest in sales
• Be ready to travel
• Experience working for a B2B
• You must show that you can work calmly under pressure
Package:
• Retainer: 35,000/- with Commission from Sales
• Transport and Airtime allowance
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
