Beth International is a home-grown Kenyan company trading in modern quality crafts such as: African artefacts, jewellery, textiles, and home décor. They are seeking to hire a sales representative to provide efficient customer service so as to attain sustainable, profitable sales volume growth and to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

•  Sell specific products and services to consumers.
  
•  Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
  
•  Explain different customizable features on products being sold.
  
•  Send Low stock to the purchasing team on daily basis
  
•  Send the reorder of stock every week.
  
•  Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
  
•  Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
  
•  Receive stock and send delivery report when stock is received
  
•  Ensure pricing is correct and report on barcodes missing and incorrect prices.
  
•  Requisition for stationeries that are out of stock at the shop a day before delivery days
  
•  Filling of the cash analysis sheet after every shift
  
•  Fold clothing merchandize and place neatly in packaging bags shelves to ensure they are untampered with
  
•  Operate cash registers using point of sale system
  
•  Count the day’s money transactions at the end of the shift and deposit the cash
  

Qualifications

•  Bachelors/ Diploma in sales & Marketing
  
•  Must have a certificate of good conduct
  
• Must have at least 2-3 years’ relevant experience
  
•  Must be able to work shifts – day and night shift, weekends and even holidays
  
•  Good command of English
  
•  Must be target driven and independent
