Your mission
The Sales Manager will manage sales by setting goals and ensuring sales targets are achieved by elevating strategies that will transform customer needs into solutions that will tap into those needs in an effective way.
This is a field based role where numbers matter and we are looking for people who know how to gain trust, build long term relationships and close deals.
Execute Plans to pitch and close deal with as many A-Type Retailers as possible
• Developing and implementing effective sales Plan and Strategies that meet Sales targets/goals as per departmental OKRs
• Recommending potential business opportunities and continuous surveying of retailer needs and trends as well as tracking competitors.
Implementing a successful Sales/Pitch Process
• Using the database of identified and mapped retailers, prioritize the key prospects then follow up with the pitch execution for retailer acquisition.
Efficient and Prompt Sales Reporting
• Reporting on key business insights and sales performance to facilitate Company’s tactical decision making.

The Skills That Set You Apart
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales/account management/business development
• Business related education and B2B experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
