Sales Manager
job Objectives
The sales manager will play a key role in driving the organization's revenue and directing its growth and success

Responsibilities
• Defining and managing clear sales strategy that can be rolled out across the country.
• Forecast and plan activities as well as budgets in line with the defined sales strategy.
• Adopt and rnalne quick adjustment to establish a suitable strategy that results in continuous growth.
• Building and setting up distribution networks across the country.
• Building relationships and appropriate collaborations with stake holders that are ltiey to distribution network.
• Developing and building a strong sales team with a strong culture focused on success.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business administration
• Five [5] years’ experience in sales of dairy products at the level of a regional manager and above.
• Appreciation for a startup environment and growth mindset.
• Strong negotiation interpersonal and project management skills. promotion and marketing activities experience.
• Team player and good leadership skills
