Our client is a well-established licensed player in the microfinance sector.They need a high profile proven Sales Manager! Head of BusinessDevelopment to develop the business lo the next level, and if he/she doesVery well, there is scope for further promotion.

PERSON PROFILE

• Outstanding experience in the microfinance sector including check-off loans for government, public sector and private sector staff, trade financing, logbook security financing, invoice discounting, etc.
  
• Degree in Sales/marketing is a plus but not a must as long as your track record of 4-years sales/business development in relevant microfinance sector can be demonstrated.
  
• Ability to develop and manage a sales team to peak performance is necessary
