SALES MANAGER

To sustain and extend the significant growth that the organization has enjoyed over the last several years. AMREF Flying Doctors is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the job holder being a member of the senior leadership team will provide leadership to a highly dynamic sales team and drive Implementation of the sales strategy to meet the growth objective
The job holder will be responsible for generating a significant portion of AMREF Flying Doctors revenues drawn from the corporate market, the travel industry, the consumer and small business market segments. S/he will be responsible for promoting AFDS value proposition to customers across the greater Eastern Africa region the Great Lakes and the Horn of Africa. The candidate must be a seasoned sales professional with a demonstrated capacity to drive organizational performance in service organizations. .

Required Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from accredited university, Certification/Registration to a relevant sales professional body is an added advantage.
