Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for delivering the agreed sales targets for the Lodge.

Duties and Responsibilities
Executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase the products market share.

•  Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and sewice levels.
•  Meeting and showing prospective clients around the facilities
•  Advocating a positive client experience: demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints and acting on feedback.
•  Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
•  Track customer satisfaction and develop a retention plan
•  Carry our market surveys and market recommendation to improve sewice delivery.
•  Create and maintain visibility for the brand.
  

Required Skilles and Qualifications

•  At least 2-3 years working experience for hotels in similar position
•  Should be hands—on, self—motivated and a team player.
•  Should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
•  Be a self-starter and be able to meet short deadlines as well as to handle pressure.
•  Must be outgoing, creative and innovative. Customerfocused and team player
•  Proof of previous sales success.
