Overview
Outsourcing; an agreement in which one company hires another company to be responsible for its human resource services, as is the case for our company, is the main activity at Peoplelink Consultants. We have provided outsourcing services to many and diverse industries countrywide, where we take pride in serving some major leading firms.
We are looking for a person who can sell our outsourcing services to existing firms and inform them of the benefits of the service, where it has been taken up before by other competitor agencies as well as source new clients who have not had the service provided.
Responsibilities
1. Meeting with clients to discuss the service.
2. Create database/portfolio /lead generation for service provision.
3. Presenting services to establish new business.
4. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Contacting potential and existing clients on the phone, by email, and in person.
Qualifications
1. Diploma in a business -related field.
2. Experience in service sales will be added advantage with proof of meeting targets.
3. Excellent client handling skills.
4. Great sales projection skills.
5. Great communication skills.
6. Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
