Sales Executive (Reale Estate/Land Sale)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns
2. Sell company land
3. Create and deliver a sales pitch to potential clients
4. Generate and close leads
5. Create a sales pipeline of potential buyers
6. Market the company land to potential audiences
7. Take interested customers for site visits
8. Plan and execute marketing campaigns
9. Manage digital media platforms and digital marketing
10. Close deals and prepare sales documentation
Person’s Specification
1. At least one year of experience selling land and other real estate
2. Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing, real estate or a related field
3. Greats selling and negotiation skills
4. Very strong communication skills both written and oral
5. Outgoing, high-energy personality
6. Creative problem solver
7. Able to form strong relationships with client groups
8. Should have basic industry research skills and must be tech-savvy
9. Strong understanding of digital marketing
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12 Associate Degree
