Mastermind Tobacco (K) Ltd Applicants ate invited from suitably qualified candidate in fill the following vacant position. Sales Executive

  Main Duties
• Effective implementation of sales distribution strategy to enhance brand visibility and grow sales volumes.
• Ensure availability and distribution of stocks to the sales team on daily basis
• Coordinate and supervise daily market audits to check on sales performance or trend
• Route mapping, route coverage and monitoring of sales team while conducting marketing intelligence
• Ensure the set targets are achieved through people management. performance review rewards
• Generate and submit weekly sales performance reports to the management
- Liaise with HR in recruiting and developing high caliber sales team

Qualifications & Experience
• B. Corn (marketing)from e recognized university
• 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing in FMCG of which should have been at management level.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel regularly in and outside the country.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills.
