JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Main Objectives:
To sell plots. The main duty will be to source for potential clients and follow through with the existing clients. Description of Key Duties:

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are
• Make presentations/Product knowledge to clients and take them to see the property
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and deeds
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and payment
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company
• Promote sales of properties through handling of enquiries, advertising, cold calling, company social media, and websites, open days, and networking
• Compare competitive market prices
• Coordinate appointments to show plots to prospective
• Meeting and exceeding the sales targeting and preparing and presenting sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly to the Sales Manager.
Any other tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree, or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales preferably in a real estate business on Hardworking, goal oriented and self -motivated
• Initiative, creative, and persistent with a passion for sales on excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment on professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise on excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time – management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks of Customer service attitude

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education:
Associate Degree
