JOB DETAILS:
Zhen Limited is a software development company with years of experience in mobile, web and enterprise resource planning (ERPs) application development. We have also developed systems that assist companies in data collection & analytics - Business Intelligence & real time reporting both on data collection and finances collected. We also provide communication and payments platforms for our clients. To generate sales and business, integrate the marketing and sales function into company strategy, develop new client relationships, make sales visits and presentations, maintains knowledge of products and services and meet sales targets. .

  Duties and responsibilities.
• Develop and expand portfolio of clients in both the private and public sector via networking and marketing.
• Assessment of client needs and make recommendations, sales pitches and product/service packages.
• Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products and services and combination packages to clients.
• Perform product demos to highlight value to clients.
• Provide after sales technical advice.
• Negotiate sales, products pricing and discounts and long-term contracts with clients.
• Extract sales goals and targets from the strategy and annual plan and develop and implement plans to meet those goals
• Track and document progress towards meeting of sales goals.
• Become proficient and knowledgeable in all products and services offered by Zhen Limited.
• Develop new products via innovation and trend analysis.
• Create marketing literature and documentation and web-based material to promote our products.
• Reviewing cost and sales performance
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

Qualification and Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, professional qualifications in IT, experience in sales with a provable track record.
• Knowledge of relevant products and sales, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, interpersonal communication, self-driven ability to work with minimum supervision, ability to work and deliver under pressure and meet goals, ambitious and attention to detail..
