Role Description:
As a Sales Agent with Re-Lease Hire Purchase Limited, you will play a vital role in providing financial solutions to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating our services to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and collections.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience in selling unsecured small loans and ability to meet sales targets
• Understanding of financial products and ability to sell financial products effectively
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Familiarity with the microfinance industry
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to effectively meet their financial needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
