Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Revenue Realisation through Cross Sell and partnership with TTS Business Units
• Work in partnership with the Banking , TTS Global/Regional FI Sales Teams and Compliance to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio and provide relevant support and drive completion of projects
• Co-ordinate and oversee in partnership with Operations updating customer account and/or product structures
• Responsible for incremental cross sell of new TTS products and services
• Ensure CADD/AML requirements met for new business opportunities and work in partnership with Operations and Implementations to ensure deals implemented and support provided to the client where necessary to drive revenue realisation
• Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio
• Provide support where necessary for the coordination of RFP’s
• Ensure compliance with TTS credit, risk and TTS Sales processes where applicable
• Liaise with Credit/Risk areas to ensure credit requests are handled in accordance with TTS requirements
• Manage documentation deficiency and deferral process for assigned portfolio working with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to Citi policies
• Ensure AML enquiries handled promptly and thoughtfully ensuring adherence to Citi policies
• Work in partnership with Operations and Legal partners for client Novations
• Work with Global Banking partners to ensure references are provided (e.g. credit references)
• Ensure compliance with TTS Sales processes eg. TTS Product Managed client review
• Drive the Service Quality Process at the client level
• Manage the correspondent banking model in partnership with regional FIG, common score-cards, account plans, etc.
• Execute global FI-TTS strategy in the cluster, specifically focused on MWBs
• Deliver revenue, market share goals; manage critical business drivers
• Develop and implement marketing plans by country/product to improve market share and client penetration
• Drive the sales process - identify new revenue opportunities, originate deals, manage to grow base revenues, minimize attrition
• Work with global and regional product partners to ensure product offering is competitive in service, function & price
• Align annual financial plan with product partners (tied to key drivers and existing and potential customers)
• Closely monitor client portfolio risk (AML and trade credit), with appropriate and timely escalation of issues
• Be the client advocate to ensure Client issues are addressed promptly working with partners in Client Operations and utilise client forums such as C@R and D@R to facilitate and drive resolution where necessary.
• Be responsible for driving superior client satisfaction
• Provide client feedback on product, process and service needs
• Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems including pricing and billing issues and work with the customer and internal departments until issues are resolved.

Developmental Value:
The ability to gain FI industry and TTS product knowledge including Cash and Trade. Experience of sales working directly with customers at a senior level, exposure to credit, compliance, regulations and non TTS products.

Knowledge and Experience:
We are looking for a highly motivated TTS Account Manager working with TTS Global/Regional Solution Sales Teams, senior account managers, Relationship Manager and Product Sales Consultants to drive revenue realisation, retention, cross sell expansion and attrition management. The individual will have a Customer Service/Client Delivery, Sales, Operations or Relationship Banking background be customer focused and able to operate at all levels.
• Experience including correspondent banking, cash management & trade products and platforms; credit experience preferred, but not essential.
