JOB DETAILS:

 We are looking for qualified, energetic & highly motivated professionals to fill the below positions:

Restaurant Manager

•  3-5 years of successful, operations management experience in a 3 or4 star hotel.
  
•  Diploma in hospitality management or an equivalent of the same. A degree will be an added advantage.
  
•  Should be a team leader capable of managing & training junior staff.
  
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, 8| conflict resolution skills
  
•  Basic math 8: accounting skills as well as strong analytical decision making skills.
  Head Chief
  
•  3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel
  
•  Diploma in food production or an equivalent. A degree will be an added advantage.
  
•  Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor, & waste to meet food quality goals.
  
•  Capable of managing and organizing Food 8| Beverage Department with specialty in Indian 8: Chinese foods; others will he an added advantage.
  Drivers
  
•  Valid driving license & valid certificate of good conduct.
  
•  Minimum experience of 5 years 8: reference letters from previous employers
