JOB DETAILS:
The World Bank Country Office in Kenya is seeking an innovative professional with excellent teamwork skills comfortable of working with large datasets and capable of Independently working on projects with other members of the broader Resource Management RM) team contributing productively to the work output while striking a balance between RM technical excellence and client focus to work as a Resource Management Analyst based in Nairobi

• S/he will be assigned to BPSAF (The Budget Performance Review, and Strategic planning unit supporting Arica East and Africa West Vice Presidency Units) and will serve the Africa East Sustainable Development GAEDR) Regional Director's (RD), four Practice Managers (PMs) and Practice Management units The
• Candidate will work independently under the oversight of the Country Director and the overall supervision of the HG-based Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Senior Resource Management Officer.

The Key accountabilities of the RMA include:
(1) Support decision-making through the provision of timely, (it for purpose Information on the management of financial resources across all funding sources.)
(2) Work directly with cent management as business partner to assist them delver their work programs with the funding sources available to them,
(3) Planning and Budgeting- Produce standard activity and unit level reports and budgets using inputs from senior staff or operational management, and provide basic analysis the budget information.
(4) Performance Evaluation and Reporting - determine the Information needs Of users, and present information that supports management decision making,
(5) Internal controls and Corporate procedures ~ analyze data and business processes to determine the Viability of controls and procedures, ensuring compliance and Identifying and communicating to managers any #sues of areas of risk
(6) Prepares accurate reports, ensuring that pertinent facts are fairly presented: shares Information freely.

Strong analytical skis demonstrated expertise in management and/or financial accounting disciplines and experience of data managoment/ modeling; process analysis, design and automation.
