Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants, we have immersed ourselves in the sector. We regularly attend courses and conferences and have written a number of reports and articles about insight and data. As a result, we have friends plus a large network of contacts in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies such as ESOMAR. The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential.
